You found out that you’re going to have a baby.

What about getting the support of a holistic birthworker to approach birth from a point of view based on facts and not fear?

Let’s prepare for the birth of your baby

We start by trusting your body, gaining confidence and relying on clear and strong research to feel physically and mentally ready to have the birth you’ve dreamt of.

Trust & Connect

Right now you might be worried about the pain of childbirth and how you’ll manage at home, you fear that without support you might end up in a hospital bed. I'll help you build trust and connect to your body leading to the birth experience you’re hoping for.

Where you are

You’re pregnant and have heard stories of or may have experienced difficult and disempowering birth. You’re fearful of the pain of birth, but also of unnecessary medical interventions, and coercion from hospital staff.

You’re trying to deal with your own thoughts on the matter, while your family is pressurising you to go to hospital and your partner is worried about a home birth.

Where you want to be

You understand that birth is a physiological process which necessitates a calm, supportive, undisturbed environment in order to progress well.  It is clear for you that the reason hospital protocols exist and why they were put into place has little to do with allowing you to birth in a way that feels safe, calm and respectful of your needs.

Your partner is on board, having prepared themself too and will trust and support you.  What people say is of no consequence to you as you know that you’re doing the best for you and your baby.

Birth Doula Packages in London

All of my packages are based around the same principles. They include time to get to know each other, access to me via phone throughout your pregnancy to discuss anything that comes up, antenatal preparation sessions at your home helping you to get ready for birth and life with your new baby and postnatal care.

What is special about my work is that, depending on which package you pick, I offer my holistic therapies as part and parcel of the process. I believe that entering birth and new parenthood with the best possible foundation comes from being taken care of throughout the process. That’s why I incorporate Mizan Massage, which is a gentle massage of your womb and back that can help you with the discomforts of pregnancy and will also allow you to feel a sense of closeness to your baby.
